Markets Outlook:
Helping your talents bear more fruit

MONEYWATCH ADVISORS, INC. and I have recently signed a collaborative agreement that will permit us to team up to permit the management of your portfolio and assistance in meeting your financial needs. Moneywatch is over 24 years old and is a registered investment advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Florida Department of Securities, the Kentucky Division of Securities and the Maine Department of Securities. Over 340 clients have employed Moneywatch or its predecessor MONEYWATCH CORPORATION since 1980. Moneywatch provides continuous advice on investments, consistent with a client's individual needs and financial objectives.

Total investment capital owned by its 160 clients and principals of the company approximate $121-million. The average portfolio is $741,000.00. But, I will work with portfolios as small $50,000, under certain circumstances.

This will permit you, your family, and your friends to benefit from the 13 years of outstanding results that you have been monitoring in Markets Outlook and its hardcopy predecessor, Longs, Shorts, and Mini-Skirts. As the government requires me to tell you, these outstanding results may or may not continue in the future, but so far we have beat most mutual funds. Plus, you know my character and upon request, my client recommendations are available.

I can customize your portfolio to be one of the following:

  • US stocks
  • global stocks (US and international)
  • bonds
  • commodities
  • balanced (all of the above)
  • balanced bull-and-bear which includes shorting or options that could benefit from a fall in stocks.

Studies have shown that most mutual funds have a habit of getting in and out at the wrong times so don't do as well as the benchmarks, and individuals get in and out of mutual funds at the wrong time. So, the average investor in mutual funds probably does at least 2% worse than the markets and pays mutual funds 2-3% in fees.

By investing, you can use your resources to help businesses, stimulate jobs, or help the governments, in the US and in second- and third- world countries. If instead of getting 4-5% worse than the market, people could get 2% better like they did last year, that a 6-7% advantage for their retirement, children, God, or wherever they end up putting their talents.

Since most mutual fund managers haven't been picking stocks for 30 years like I have, most haven't invested in bear markets like we had 2001-2002 and which I believe will return. As a result, people saw their investments get trashed. Since I advised my clients against being in the tech stocks, we avoided most of the fall. While the stock market from 1998-2002 lost 2%, followers of the Markets Outlook earned 74%. (Past performance not necessarily indicative of future performance.)

My clients have doubled their investments with me within a year, so you know the results must be good. If you would like a reference from them, please let me know.
